Add column with data to excel

Hi,

I have this excel as shown below and I need to add a new column called “PRODUCT in ICU” whereby everytime we have the data:

  1. “…95% ORGANIC COTTON 5% ELASTHANE” in the column “Product Category” it prints:
    "Women’s apparel / T-shirts, singlets - 5% Conventional Elastane (Spandex) + 95% Organic Cotton" in the column “PRODUCT in ICU”

  2. when we have “…100% ORGANIC COTTON” in the column “Product Category” it prints:
    " Women’s apparel / T-shirts, singlets - 100% Organic Cotton"

  3. when we have “…92% ORGANIC COTTON 8% ELASTHANE” in the column “Product Category” it prints:
    “Women’s apparel / T-shirts, singlets - 92% Organic Cotton + 8% Conventional Elastane (Spandex)”
