Are you using Office 2007 or older? What version of Excel is installed?

Excel has been installed microsoft office 2019

Interesting, then it detect it for some reason. Strange, does it do this for any Excel file or just this one?

Hi @Deepika_Dhande ,

Try Repair tool for Microsoft Office. Give the Excel executable file path like - "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\EXCEL.EXE"
