As a workaround, you can try using the workbook activities, it does not require excel installed in your system.

Because the source data is an Excel file, if I use worksheet activities such as getting table range workbook still need to read the Excel file, the following error will occur: Get table range Workbook: The process cannot access the file ‘D:\UiPath\steel mill resource number corresponding to the number of lots \ copies of April futures have arrived in detail .xlsx’ because it is being used by another process.

@1545030349 , close any excel which is open before executing the workbook activity. Or you can use kill process and give the process name as "excel"
