Excel extension installation error

Hi guys,

I’m trying to install the Excel extension and I face this error:

I have checked in the Excel options and Add-In is not disabled.

How can I solve it?

Hola Roberto,

the same issue i have faced earlier due to some policies in our organization. we have resolved by connecting with the IT team and they allowed or whitelist those extension URL so that it will work fine. if you are using studioX in your organization machine. please connect with your IT team to resolve the issue.

Unable to install excel add in

I’m trying to install excell add-in. It keeps saying due to policy settings, the add-in installed failed. Tried enabling it and what not but I keep getting the same error again and again. Have also installed certificate from trusted publisher so I could build my first automation project and I’m stuck on this for 3 hours now where I could have completed with my RPA starter program.
