Excel email attachment gets downloaded as blank

Hi,

The problem is that my excel attachment from outlook is getting downloaded as a blank when i run my bot on another machine. When the same process runs on my machine, the attachment is just fine. The excel version in both the machines is same (2007).

Can there be any known issue for this?

Hi Sarika,

Try to download the attachment manually and check if the excel is still blank.

Adding some delay after downloading excel might help.

Hi,
I have the exact same issue, when downloading an excel from IE, it just opens as a blank excel (there is no problem with it if I download it manually). I added a 15s delay between the moment the robot downloads the excel and the moment Excel Application Scope steps in the process, but it still opens blank :confused:

Could anyone help me on this ? Many thanks in advance.
