I’m trying to install the excel add-in for the first time with StudioX. I checked the Excel trust center and have UiPath as a trusted publisher. Can’t find the add-in in the Excel tools section, anywhere. Not sure if I should re-install StudioX or what.
When you say you can’t find the add-in in the tools section no UI appears in Excel unless you use “Indicate in Excel” from StudioX. You can confirm it’s installed by either looking in the “Add-ins” section of Options in Excel, or the easiest way is to browse to the “Project Notebook” entry in an activity expecting an input, and click “Indicate in Excel” in StudioX, if Excel opens with the UiPath tab visible in Excel that lets you select something and click “Confirm” everything is working as expected.
