I have created an event trigger in the orchestrator. To Trigger the Process when an email is received . The Trigger got created but the Type is disconnected
Type is different..its not the connection status
Disconnected means you did the setup of event in orchestrator ..connected means you did the setup in your studio or process directly
The trigger is active as you see green..just make sure if there are any filters or changing or recreating to check.
because the email connection e.g. Outlook 365/Gmail it uses is not authorized or is broken
To fix it: Go to Integration Service → Connections, open that connection, and Reconnect/Reauthorize it.
Then confirm the trigger is Enabled and linked to the correct process and folder refresh Orchestrator
A trigger created directly in orchestrator is called disconnected and a trigger activity if used in process then a connected trigger is created automatically when you create the process
cheers
Hi @rizvana.mohammed ,
I think trigger is not mapped to a valid Outlook connection. Edit the trigger, select an active Outlook connection in the same folder, and ensure the connection user has mailbox access. Once the connection is valid, the status will change from disconnected to active.
