I found out the M365 outlook connectinon failed in integration services yesterday, I fixed the issue, it means re-connection with outlook (specific outlook account), the issue fixed.
But today it still failed when using the mail trigger.
Is there any system probelm on this features? Thanks.
Hi,
I’ve not captured the screen shot when the connection issue displayed in the connection pages, I fixed it and now it shows normally. but I sent the mail to outlook that it should be triggered when the new mail received, Nothing happened and no process can be trggiered now.
The mail trigger fails because required mailbox permissions or trigger configurations are missing. Ensure the Outlook connection has Mail.Read and MailboxSettings.Read permissions and verify the trigger is enabled correctly. If it still doesn’t work, delete and recreate the trigger to refresh the subscription.
@HarryCao Verify the trigger polling time and the required permissions as well. I’ve created an automation using the Gmail integration, and it is working as expected.
I rebuiled the outlook recevied event trigger for a RPA process, it still failed and no any trigger happened.
Let me rebuild a outlook connection again, and use the new connections to try the existing triggers testing.
Hello @manasrlenka25
It’s finally solved the issue, new connection is available even old one shows connected, but it is still wrong connection after fixing it.
Thanks.
