Event Triggers for Services are showing in type Disconnected

Event Triggers for Services are showing in type Disconnected, unable to trigger the process by using Event Triggers.

Check for events has also been set to every 1 minute.

Welcome to the community

Type is different..its not the connection status

Disconnected means you did the setup of event in orchestrator ..connected means you did the setup in your studio or process directly

The trigger is active as you see green..just make sure if there are any filters or tey changing or recreating to check.

Cheers

Hi @Sushil_Bhaskar3

Might be some temp. issue or something change. So better you should create connection again in same manner and try .

If helpful, mark as solution. Happy automation with UiPath

Hey Sushil

I think If the trigger type shows as Disconnected, it usually means the integration service (e.g. ServiceNow) isn’t properly connected to Orchestrator. You can check:

  • Connection status in Integration Service (and reconnect if needed).
  • That the user/robot has the right permissions.
  • After reconnecting, re-publish and re-enable the trigger.

Once the service connection is active, the event triggers should switch from Disconnected and start firing normally.

Thank you for your help!
