Error When Accessing Tenant Monitor Even User Is Granted With Administrator Role

Orchestrator On-Premise features issue.

Issue: Error when accessing Tenant Monitor even user is granted with Administrator role

Error Message: There is no folder accessible with the requested permissions.(#1103) .

Root Cause: It is because the user does not have any permission to any folders, try to assign the user to some folders, and then check if you are still having this issue.

While the user intends to access Tenant > Monitor, it will try to get job/queue/... information from at least one folder, hence the user needs access permission to some folders.

Even a user has administrator role, it might not be granted access to a folder by default. In this scenario, the user can not access the folder until is granted folder access.

Resolution:

To grant the folder access to a user, Login as admin user by navigating to Tenant > Folders > Manager Folders > Select a specific folder > Users > Assign Account/Group > ....
