Error when accessing Orchestrator (on-prem)

Hi All,
i successfully installed the uipath orchestrator (on-prem), but i got this error when i tried to access the page.
and i checked, the following path is not available “C:\inetpub\wwwroot\identity\connect\authorize”.

is anyone encounter such issue before or can advise how can i resolve this issue ?

Is the identity AppPool running?
