When attempting to upgrade from 19.4 to 19.10.14 in orchestrator I am getting an error. " An unexpected error occurred" That is all the info it gives them when you click ok it just goes back to upgrade screen. Studio and robot installed fine and are connected to older version of orchestrator.
THIS IS IN MY DEV environment.

Check Event Viewer and see if there are more details there. Make sure you have .NET Framework 4.7.2 installed, someone on here earlier was getting that error message and it was because the machine didn’t have that version of the framework.
If the still issue persists then you can contact Uipath support team to resolve this issue.
I did contact support and was provided the MSI, which gives way more detail on the error messages. Even though I thought I was on the latest .net framework I was not. So after updating .net to current version. Orchestrator installed with no issues. Thank you everyone.
