Guys, I have an error with some processes that are not running through the orchestrator, especially when I update the version. Could you help me? The process starts running and 10 seconds later it stops, without even showing a log. Could you help me, how do I solve it?
Seems like you are building the process in a different version to the one you are running it in.
Can you confirm the version of the robot vs the version of UiPath Studio you are using?
I’ll give you the information, but when I run it manually in the studio on the server, it runs normally, when I ask it to run it in the orchestrator it gives me this problem

Hi, just to update you and since you were kind enough to help me… that’s it, on my server there is a version of the studio and I updated the project in another version of the studio. Thanks for your attention!

I need to know the specific versions to give you clear advise. I believe I know the issue, but both for yourself and any others who might see this, I need to know the exact versions to confirm and actually explain the issue and the fix.
Please tell us the version of the robot running on the machine you have, something like 23.4.2 and the version of Studio you used to develop it.
Thats not what the error says and it doesn’t support the idea that the package is missing, it cannot be installed.
The version referenced that it says it cannot install is the same one it tries to run, you cannot try to run a process that isn’t published.
This is most likely a versioning issue, specifically related to the Studio version vs the robot version.
