Please get the related project.json file along with the xaml file while sharing @CamiCat

Kindly either upgrade excel.activities package or downgrade in manage packages in design tab and try once

You are missing a package. That’s the reason your UiPath is not showing some activities.

Please check out your AllDependencies file and include all required packages.
