Error occurs when 'Write range' is performed after 'Excel Application Scope'

‘Excel Application Scope’ should automatically open the selected Excel file, but the it will not open automatically because of the above error. Is it because it’s Excel 2007 version?
And if the selected Excel file is already open, then the flow run without a another problem.
How can I fix this error?

@iron_helmet Do you have to use Excel Application Scope for your Operation? You can try using Workbook Read Range/Write Range Activity, if You have to just Read and Write the Data.
