How will I solve this error in Excel Application Scope?
@ROBERT_RUSSELL_MONSA are you able to open this file manually? If Yes then kill the Excel process from Task manager and re-run your workflow
Close the excel file if it is open while you run the bot. 
Make sure that Check box for Visible is UnChecked for Excel Application Scope Activity like shown below and also use kill Process Activity at the initial stage of process before running the bot. Bcz sometimes the Service keep running in the background.
