Error, not a zip file

When the customer tries to upload the AppOne to WorkSpace, a popup comes "Error: Not a zip file, however, is a zip.

Error:

Resolution:

  1. Log in to super admin
  2. Go to settings
  3. Copy and paste the last line on-prem (right site) <{ "url": "myLastURL.git" },> then click save or CTRL + s
  4. Go to builds >> check super admin, dispatcher version
  5. Provide the customer with the correct version of appOne
  6. Go to workspace and right-click >> upload file >> (need to save the AppOne.zip that we downloaded in step 5
  7. Done
