Unable to upload data into Process Mining after the creation of an app.

Issue Description: When trying to upload data to a Process Mining app the following error is thrown

File upload failed due to the following error: Error making request with Error Code MalformedXML and Http Status Code BadRequest. No further error information was returned by the service.

Root Cause: The PM application is unable to read the content coming from the ZIP archive.


Resolution:

  • To upload data from a zip file - unzip first and then upload the file to the Process Mining App.
