Error Insufficient ai unit

Hi All,
I am using trail enterprise version and having enough ai unit. Also I have allocated few unit to tenant.
When I run only agent from cloud it is running fine.
But when I run same agent via maestro or orchestrator ,it is giving error
Insufficient fund : your account don’t have enough credit to execute

Am i missing something

Maestro needs agentic or platform units and not AI units

As @Anil_G mentioned AI Units and Robot Units are different. Running from cloud uses only AI Units, so it works. Running via Maestro or Orchestrator also needs Robot Units. Assign Robot Units to the tenant/folder and the job will run without the insufficient funds error.

Thanks but how can get in … How to enable it.

Go to Admin → Licenses → Robots & Services and check if Robot Units are available.

Then go to Tenant → Folders → select the folder → Settings → Licensing and allocate Robot Units to that folder.

Also make sure the user/machine running the job has a robot license assigned.

Please dont confuse. They need Agentic or Platform units and not robot units

you need this kind of consumables..you might need to request it separately with sales team

Trail includes designing the process may be not runs unless requested

in the previous screenshot Robot unit is 10k and ai unit 5k avalible and assigned to default tenant . still getting the error
