Orchestrtor AI units

Hi All,
I am running an agent from a UiPath Desktop RPA workflow using the Run Job activity, but I am encountering the following issue:
"Run Agent: Agent: Orchestrator Job ended with a Faulted state. Reason: Insufficient funds: Your account doesn’t have enough credits for execution. Please add funds or contact your administrator for assistance.

Insufficient funds: Your account doesn’t have enough credits for execution. Please add funds or contact your administrator for assistance."

I have verified that AI Units are allocated in both Orchestrator and the AI Trust Layer. However, the issue persists. Could you please help me resolve this error?
Screenshots are added for reference.

Hi @Pratiksha_Angarkar

The “Insufficient funds” error occurs because agents require Agent Units (for LLM calls), not just AI Units. Even if AI Units are allocated, Agent Units are missing.

Quick Fix:

Go to Admin > Tenant > License → Ensure Platform Units (covers agents) are Allocated

Check billing dashboard → Purchase Agent Units (Flex plan: ~12k credits = 60k units)

Test: Run agent directly in Agent Builder first (bypasses Orchestrator).

Retry after allocation refresh.

@Pratiksha_Angarkar

Agent require the Agentic Units and not the AI units.

As you are on the enterprise trail it looks like missing the Agentic Units Agents - Licensing or Platform units AI Center - Platform Units

There is daily free quota of LLM calls so you can wait for midnight to get the quota reset and then try.

i can’t see -Platform Units (covers agents) in orchestrator.

@Pratiksha_Angarkar

Platform Units are part of Unified Pricing Plan. If you are on Flex license, you might not see it and you will require Agentic Units.
