Thanks for your response, that post was also posted by me, but i don’t know exactly how to do the suggested steps in that answer that is why i posted again. if you know how to fix the problem, please help me with it. Thanks in advance.

To uncheck

Go to Project Panel → Click on Settings → Workflow Analyzer → Uncheck ST-USG-014

I will explain in simple terms

1. Open your studio
2. Open the project where u r facing this issue
3. In the Project Settings window, select the Workflow Analyzer tab. Find the rule and disable the rule, as in the image below:

Try deleting the package and downloading it again.

Error showing in thus document understanding project

when i am dragging the digitize document to my design panel, this error is showing. i have 2 documents , one is invoice(pdf file) and other is an receipt(image file).what could be the possible solution? [Screenshot (192)]

Hi @elt.rd13 ,

Could you maybe let us know whether you’re able to change the Selection (Uncheck) in the workflow Analyzer ? Or does it revert back to the old configuration when you check it again ?

Also, Could try changing the Default Action from Error to Warning.

I already tried this and still not working. I tried unchecking the rule and i tried just setting a warning. still not working. please take a look at the screenshot i attached here.
