Error : Desktop has been disconnected while performing UI actions. why?

Hello everyone,
I am getting this error Desktop has been disconnected while performing UI actions. from 2 days. I did some research and got to know that , when RDP session is disconnected robot used to throw this error but no-One has taken RDP on pc where robot is deployed.

so why am i getting this error ?

Note: Robot is not deployed in virtual machine , it is in physical pc.
