Error accessing data service entity - unattended robot

Hello,

I am using data service with a process, it works well on studio. However, when i ran the robot from orchestrator on another machine, I got this error : “You don’t have permission to access the entity, field or record or you are using an unsupported robot type. Please contact your administrator for necessary permissions”

What’s the easiest way to solve this issue ?

to the robot user give the necessary permissions to access the entity

Tenant → Manage access → Edit user and provide roles

Hello @Anil_G i don’t see “data service” role or something similar

do you know what the role is called please ?

Sorry my bad it is under

data service → manange roles → give there

and the specific role to be assigned in tenant manage access to user
