can anyone solve me the doubt that why data service entities can only be accessed by the robots in modern folder ?
Robots defined in classic folders are limited in their scope to the Orchestrator and have no mapping to identities available in Automation Cloud. As such, when a Robot in classic folder connects to Data Service, it has no way to identify the user/robot account.
And Data Service permissions model depends on the “user/robot” account as defined in Automation Cloud portal.
