Enterprise WeChat elements cannot be obtained

I can get the WeChat Enterprise controls using other RPA tools, but I can’t get them using UiPath. I can only use the image() method. Why is this?

Open ui explorer and try to indicate and check

If not able to indicate completely try to use cisual tree in ui explorer

The elements I see in the UiPath interface detector cannot locate specific buttons, but in other RPA tools I can see a tree structure. I don’t know how to use it in UiPath. Moreover, I cannot grab elements in UiPath.
