End User Has Error While Login Process Mining With SSO

When logging to Process Mining Server Recently with SSO users, 500 Error is thrown.

Environment: Process Mining version 2020.4.4 integrated with Windows Authenticate

Issue Description: All end users have 500 error inconsistently while login with Windows SSO account. Check the log file in \logs\iisnode\, and below message is noticed,

  • [2022-06-17T08:1852.085Z] json: {"lde_message":"80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C090447, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 532, v3839\u0000","lde_dn":null}

Resolution: ​The error indicates the configured LDAP user's password has expired (Refer Common Active Directory Errors for LDAP error detail).

  • Enter the correct password in admin setting.
