Resolution when it is not possible to login to Process Mining application outside server.
Root Cause:
- HTTP binding is used for the website instead of HTTPS
Resolution: Use HTTPS binding
- Trying to logging in the URL using "SA" account
Resolution: "SA" account is only reserved for localhost URL. For logging into any other URL binding, a new user with IP set to ".*' should be created.
