Enable Orchestrator Ui Access

How to allow this orchestrator ui access option in 2023.4
Tenant → Manage Access

Hi @Zohaib,

Are you not able to change this setting by clicking on 3 dots next to it?

I believe there would be a toggle option there to edit the settings.

Can you please share the steps on where you can see this screen?

At my end , I am not able to find this option - Allow orchestrator ui access.

Also is it enterprise on-prem or cloud or community version?

Hi @Zohaib ,

I found it.

Follow the below steps:

  1. Click on 3 dots(shown below) next to the account for which you want to enabled the access and select “Edit”.

  2. After selcting edit, below window will open. see the toggle in below screenshot, Enable that!

  3. After enabling, click on update. Ta-da!!

The Robot accounts cannot have an Orchestrator UI session.
To have a Orchestrator UI session for the robot in Orchestrator, you need to use a local user or directory user for your robot.
