Unable to see many options in cloud like workspace, package, tenant manage access

I connect to https://cloud.uipath.com///orchestrator_/
it connects in UI assistant & says a robot is available
when i cllick 9 dots on top i see
I dont see tentant,package etc
I can see ACTIONS,PROCESS ; in more options i see TEST MANAGER
Also i am unable to access options like “manage access”
When I access the orchestrator
1st error is WorkerGlobal is not defined in developer console.
It is trying to access the link but getting redirected

Please check the level of access assigned to your role, Connect with the admin user and get required access.

Above seems to be an access level issue.
