I have never had an issue getting attachments from email. We recently had to switch our email process to IMAP. I am using the IMAP email activity. For some reason, it will not see the attachments in these emails. I have gotten these attachments with no issues before using Outlook or API Gmail.
When I look at the email info, it shows the csv file in the body.
I will add that I learned if you save the message as an eml file and then open the message in Outlook, the csv shows as an attachment. There must be something odd with the IMAP activity that is making it nonstandard from API or Outlook.
It seems that you have trouble getting an answer to your question in the first 24 hours.
