RPA Use Case - Extract real time data requested by Application

Use Case Description

Customer raised payment disagreement with Vendor. The third-party application requested data from the financial institutions to resolve the conflict. Web application sends account# to orchestrator queue and Ui-Robot gets the accounts from the queues and validates the account in the database. For valid account# Bot will provide the data to the requested application. For any failure, the bot will be returned a request for manual review.
