Download attachments from encrypted email

is there a way of downloading/saving the attachment from an encrypted E-Mail?

i tryed with that activity, but it seems like it does not work if the mail is encrypeted…

I also want to download the pdf attachment from an encrypted message - without using outlook if its possible. Any updates on this?
