Doubts about configuring an On-Premise Orchestrator for use by Apps

Hi. I read about configuring an On-Premise Orchestrator for use by UiPath Apps(Configuring an On-Premise Orchestrator for use by Apps).

I’ve some questions.

  1. Here they mentioned that “UiPath Apps cloud does provide means to connect to an on-premise deployed version of UiPath Orchestrator”. Did they mean about UiPath apps hosted at cloud.uipath.com(https://cloud.uipath.com//apps_/default/edit) or can I host UiPath apps on private cloud and then connect to on-premise orchestrator?
  2. In the same website, they gave an integration workflow which shows an App service plan providing connection between local machine and on premise orchestrator. Did they mean this app service is deployed in UiPath’s Azure subscription?
Can I deploy such app service in my own azure subscription and make use of it to build UiPath Apps? If yes, what’s the name of that app service plan and how to install UiPath Apps on it?

Can someone please help me to get clarity?

I have same question? Can it work without connecting to UIPath App.
Both my robot and orchestrator have to work without internet
