Connecting Cloud APPS to local onpremise orchestrator process

Hi,

In my job we use a hybrid installation (AI Center and APPS in the cloud uipath portal) and our robots are locals on-premise orchestrator. Then I am working in the first APPS project, so when I try to add to the app a process that exists in local orchestrator on-premise using another orchestrator tenant (orchestrator on-premise) and my user the connection faiiled with this message: “Could not connect to orchestrator”.

In my APP need to use the processes from the on-premise orchestrator.
Does anybody can help me sharing the solution for this problem , please?
