Dollar Universe tool -Citrix Automation

I am trying to automate some of the activities in Dollar universe tool using citrix automation method.
if i scrape any element using click image or type into activity,below error was populated
Click Image ‘UniViewer Console’: The UiElement is not initialized

Can any one help on resolving this issue
