I want to use the Intelligent OCR Activities for processing Documents, in the Activity Guide it is mentioned that ABBYY FlexiCapture SDK must be installed on the machine for using the Intelligent OCR Activities.
So I contacted ABBYY team for getting SDK - "We would like to get the ABBYY FlexiCapture SDK Trial to do a POC to process invoice documents with UiPath IntelligentOCR Activities.
But to my surprise i got the below reply from ABBYY team:
" If you plan to use ABBYY FlexiCapture Engine SDK as an integrated module at UiPath solution, please note that such Runtime Licensing is supported and provided by UiPath directly, as that company is the developer of the product and licenses ABBYY module for their clients."
So does that mean i need to contact UiPath support to get the ABBYY FlexiCapture Engine SDK trial ?
if not how can i get the trial SDK ?

That’s correct, UiPath provides the SDK Trial because we also offer support regarding the integration.
Yes, that, or ask your UiPath contact person for it. You don’t have to be a customer but I think an NDA would be required (you have to confirm this with the UiPath contact person).

I think it would be good if this info is mentioned ("UiPath provides the SDK Trial ") in the Intelligent OCR Activity Guide page so that it will be easy and clear for new users like me.

I’m a community version user so didn’t get the Abby Flexicapture . I tried contacting Uipath support team by filling forms in the UiPath Site but didn’t got a response. So seems it is difficult for community users to get Abby Flexicapture SDK trial.
