Does Insights display data before it was installed?

Good morning all,

Our team has been using UIPath products for about 2 years now, and we installed Insights about a few months back. However, on all of the dashboards we create, it appears we can’t pull or visualize any data from before our installation.

Is this a limitation on part of Insights, or was there a problem with our installation?

Did you change the backfill days when you ran the insights admin tool?
