Document Understanding - 502 Bad Gateway

Hello,

I have a document understanding project where I seem to randomly receive a 502 bad gateway error.

I believe that this error is caused by PDF files that cannot be read but that are still classified.

The biggest issue here is that when this error occurs, the application fails and my data that is extracted does not write to my excel file.

I have had trouble replicating this activity, so deploying a try catch has been a challenge.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
