Document Classification(Form and Bill)

Hello community , I developed a simple workflow to distinguish between forms and bills
here is the workflow

But the classifier is unable to do the classification( even the classification is done on the same training files ), the length of ClassifierResult is equal to zero

Does anyone have an idea?
