I’m very passionate about UiPath but was chatting to someone yesterday who uses Integromat. I couldn’t quite articulate what the difference between Integromat and UiPath is
Could someone shed some light on this and perhaps share a use-case for each, so that the difference can be clearly seen.
Integromat seems to be quite similar to Microsoft Power Automate (/Flow), with some more advanced features. Also like IFTTT. it is based on an easy to use web UI to create workflow. It depends on the available integrations with apps. They have a whole range of supported modern apps.
The benefit of UiPath is that you basically have a robot running on full desktop experience with its features. It is better to integrate with legacy applications that do not have native APIs or integrations. You also have some more freedom to invode custom code.
The pricing and cost models are also different; with UiPath you need licenses and a infrastructure. Integromat has fee depending on # of operations and other parameters.
In some uses both can be used to achieve the same. insert default answer: it depends.
