"Delay" Changes?

I have been using the Delay function for a couple processes but all of the sudden during a new build it’s stopping the run and “waiting for external events to complete”. Did something change?

Why are you using delay activity?
And Your using inside the try catch activity .Normally try catch is for exception handling so if there is any missing process,defaulty it will took some time so avoid using delay activity inside the try catch activity
