Data Labelling Session Failed As Soon As It Gets Created

When tried to create a UiPath Document Understanding data labeling session, the status shows Failed instead of Available.

Issue: UiPath Document understanding data labeling session is getting failed upon creation.

Root Cause: Document understanding service is not enabled for tenant


Resolution:

  • Enable the Document Understanding service for tenant.

  1. Go to Admin page--> Tenant--> Services-->Check if the DU service is enabled.

  1. If DU service is not enabled, Click on Add services and enable the DU service for the tenant.


If the issue is still noticed after enabling the DU service to the tenant, open UiPath support ticket with following information,

  1. Reproduce the error and share the HAR trace
  2. Share AI Center version
  3. Is the AI Center Hosted on Cloud/Automation Suite?
