DU issue in Data labelling

Hi Everyone,

I am working on Document Understanding using AI Center. After uploading the dataset, I tried to create a Data Labeling session, but I am getting an error and the session fails instantly.

Could anyone please help me resolve this issue?

Hi @naveenkumar.s2

Please check if the Document Understanding service is enabled for your tenant.

if not , follow the below steps

  1. Go to Admin → Tenant → Services
  2. Check if Document Understanding is enabled
  3. If not, click Add Services and enable it.

mostly this would solve your issue

Navigate to ML Logs and see what’s the error exactly.

Also I think you are selecting the higher folder than the actual data folder in dataset. Make sure you are selecting the the innermost folder which have the actual files for labeling.
