Hi @Aaditya,
Well seems that your Windows is not updated to newer release. Open CMD and check your version. You should see something like this:

If your version is lower that written in Studio message then you need to update your OS.

Thanks. My windows version is 10.0.15063. Its lower than the one mentioned in studio message.
