I am able to create a folder inside a folder in Sharepoint Drive. But unable to create folder in Drive.
Download UiPath.GSuite.Activities and use Create Folder activity which will create the required folder in the Drive.
In that activity connect your Gmail account with UiPath by clicking on add new connection. Give the folder name and place where you want to save the folder. Attached the image for your reference.
In case of Microsoft 365 activities use this Create Folder activity.
Make the connection with your one drive and give your necessary folder name and the folder you want to save the folder.

I can able to create inside a folder but not in Drive. I dont have parent Folder name to pass

You mean you wan tto create a folder as the top level ?
Ideally it might not be possible as the top level is a document library and not a drive item…
You can try if that works
