Create Esclation app and while escalating from agent it throws error

Resource Loan Approval App of type Escalation does not have a folder assigned during solution provisioning. Check the solution resources references and provisioning.

This happens when the Escalation app is part of a solution but isn’t mapped to any Orchestrator folder during provisioning. Check the solution’s resource references, make sure the app and escalation channels are assigned to a valid folder, and verify the folder has proper notification channels configured. Re-provisioning the solution after fixing the folder mapping usually resolves the “Failed to resolve channels” error.

You are getting this error because the escalation app isn’t published to the folder where your agent is deployed. Either publish it to the same folder or add it to the solution where you built the agent.

I added it on the same solution but while running it still shows error
