Escalation app not found in project folder

Hello,

i have created an agent which uses escalation app in case if error is there and he needs some more input fro user then it will escalate to an action center.
when i debug, it executed find and i have published my agent again to orchetrator tanent and when i am running BPMN model which includes that agent which escalation app i am getting below error.

version is also proper for agent in bpmn model

then why i am getting an error?

i found app here but unable to deply

Why are there two apps can you please make it clear .

onw app I see in swtudio web and another you are showing in apps

one app is to get input from user and another one is escalation app i have created in agent and attached to agent.

Can you show only the app you have issue with and confirm what steps you ahve done and where is ti?
