i have created agent and added escalation app and if agent is not able to find information in context then it suppose to go to escalation and it is working properly when i run from agent .
when i am running same agent from slack the it is not able to create escalation gives below message -
when i run from agent then able to create escalation-
help me on same, how can i add escalation app in folder in apps?

There could be some access related issue or deployment related issue.
Can you share more details, how you have have deployed you solution? after deployment have your activated solution and apps and validated it is activated?
After deployment, sometimes you need manually activate solution and sometimes app.
First i went to studio then from there cereated conversational agent then → added escalation app → once agent is done and running as expected → published on tanent → added processes in folders then when i cehcked for app to add for folder then app now shopwing (escalation app)
agent running fine and when running directly going for escalation as memntioned
what do youmean by activate exactly?

Got it now, You need to deploy the whole solution then run it.
I assume you have create both agent & app in one solution in studio web, if not, import both projects in one solution. Rename your solution to identify.
Post that, deploy using publish button.
Then, go to tenant → Solutions → Packages (find your solution package) → Click on Deploy button (
) → Deploy (if may give some popup and a link to click to activate app)
Once deployment is done, check deployment summary/history if activation complete.
Once all is done, you can try to run now.
