Can you please provide a workflow where this error reproduces?

i remain at your disposal for any other information

Hello @JCapobianco ,

Could you please add your project folder in a zip file and share it with us? Please also include a sample file on which this happens … or instructions on how to repro this issue.

Thank you,

Ioana

UiPath_project.zip (384.6 KB)

Hi, please find attached the project file with an example of document with pseudo date.

@JCapobianco
I was able to run the project end to end… all i did was just add the right file path to the project, and then change a storage bucket name so it fits my cloud orch setting…
I am using the latest community Studio and I am on the automation cloud orchestrator (community license as well).

Can you still repro the issue?

I tried again but the issue remains.
I am using the latest Enterprise Edition, I checked the machine permissions but it looks ok.

What Orchestrator version are you using?

Cloud Orchestrator

@JCapobianco Thank you for joining the call!

Issue is resolved if the “Access data through Orchestrator” option is not activated on the storage bucket, with the 4.12-preview IntelligentOCR package.

We are working on fixing this for the upcoming release, in the next enterprise IntelligentOCR version, as the “Access data through Orchestrator” feature is a new feature that can only be supported by a new activity pack version.

Again,

Thank you for reporting it!

Ioana
