Could not start executor, Creating user session timed out for all unattended

Hi all,

my unattended robots are all facing this error with their respective queues in in_OrchestratorQueueName being flagged. Does anyone know what is happening?

The error occurs when the robot password is expired generally…can you check the password in tenant → manage access → edit user and change the password

This is the robot under Manage Access. Am i missing the access to change its password?

Click eidt → then select unattended settings on top…and then you can change password

Thank you! Issue was the virtual desktop password expiring changed and processes are working
